Prodonofski
Plot
Prodonofski is
situated 3km from Samokov, the beginning of the 300 million euro project 'Super
Borovets'. Construction commences April 2006 connecting Samokov
(lower borovets) to Borovets (middle Borovets) and Bel Iskar (Higher
Borovets). This will be a four year intensive project bringing over
75km of Ski- pistes to the area

Prodonofski is
situated on the 10km flat plane half way up the Rilla Mountains.
It is easy access to mountain ranges, lakes and cities and only
60km from Sofia Airport, making it a most perfect all year holiday
location boasting skiing, hiking, mountain-biking, fishing,
horse trekking, water sports, Sight seeing, Thermal hot springs
and Golf with temperatures soaring as high as 38 degrees in the

The plot consists of
3,200 sqm of land with the potential to build 15 Alpine style luxury
villas/chalets on, each with its own personal parking facility. The
development project will be divided between five investors each with a
£25,000 stake. Once all investors are in place it is projected to take
approximately a
16 month period to fully complete. |
