Melanie brought flowers, balloons, and a doll she had made. The doll was intended to represent Glenn, dressed as he might be if he were in L.A. (walking shorts, muscle shirt, and athletic shoes with no socks). Given that Glenn is so much more handsome than the Ken doll who was beheaded to make the "Glenn doll," Melanie used a Jack-in-the-Box (fast food restaurant) antenna ball in place of the head. We can all use our imaginations to substitute gorgeous Glenn's features for the antenna ball's.
